Enhance and rethink Managed Accounts segmentation, messaging, and experience design to: simply the experience, prove unique value, and reposition the offering as an ongoing service.

Outcome

By mining stakeholder intelligence and defining a future state journey map, we redefined the customer value proposition. From there, we designed a sales tool for advisors to use with prospects and customers
