The Account Manager is passionate about marketing and all its facets. They handle the day-to-day account workload and execution of client objectives for multiple healthcare clients in the marketing, PR and technology space. The Director of Digital Production is responsible to oversee production of all digital projects from inception to completion within the Agency. He or she leads the internal team of Digital Producers, and Developers, and schedules and scopes digital projects based on functions, capacity, and budgets. • Directly manages Digital Producers, including day to day flow of work through the team, and recruiting, hiring, managing, development & growth
• Digital resource planning, including forecasting, and identifying new skills and resources needed
