With a career that began in film and television production, Paul later established himself by launching and overseeing the marketing strategy for Roundarch. His leadership skills have been demonstrated through complex acquisitions, including Roundarch to Isobar and the integration of Isobar US into the global network, resulting in profitable international projects and worldwide recognition.

As a strategic team leader, Paul has transformed underperforming departments, driving 30%+ revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives while supporting new client acquisition. His expertise in business integration was evident when he successfully merged LiveArea marketing into Merkle (a dentsu company).

Paul is recognized for developing award-winning, globally-curated content programs that secured placements in prestigious publications like Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal, enhancing brand authority and generating qualified leads. His global analyst relations programs significantly elevated brand awareness, leading to inclusion in research evaluations by Everest Group, Forrester, and Gartner.

Most recently, Paul served as SVP, Global Communications Lead, Client & Solutions at dentsu, where he led both internal and external global communications and marketing activities for the company's integrated client organization.

Originally from Chicago and now based in New York City, Paul balances his professional achievements with personal passions for travel, photography, theatre, and culinary exploration.
