Challenge

When Sprint made significant improvements to their network, many customers were aware of the brand at a national level, but few were aware of the improved network reliability at a local level.

Outcome

By tapping into local Sprint leaders, we helped Sprint develop a locally focused approach to paint the town yellow, building awareness with commuters and consumers around network strength and available plans for the area. Through a guerilla experiential campaign, we helped Sprint simultaneously achieve the highest post-paid phone sales and the lowest churn rate in company history.
