LG Electronics ThinQ is the intelligence built into many of LG's newest smart appliances and elecrtonics, but few people knew how it worked or understood how to integrate it into thier daily lives. We worked with LG to a create bold, engaging in-store experience to bring awareness to how products work together in a connected home environment.
Research showed that consumers largely don’t understand what AI is, nor do they see the point in paying more for a “smart” refrigerator over a standard one. For many shoppers, the connected home is the home of the future–not the present. And few shoppers see connected appliances as applicable to their real lives. Our challenge was to introduce ThinQ in a confused, crowded market.
We brought a dedicated retail experience to life through dynamic visual content and opportunites for "edutainment." Shoppers interacted, played and engaged with products and screens to see how LG ThinQ made life a little easier. By featuring real-world stories of practical use alongside immersive demos, we reinforced LG's position as a leader in the connected home space.
