BUILDING A JV BRAND BY LEVERAGING A PROVIDER PARTNER

As a new Medicare insurance brand, CarePartners of Connecticut was challenged with enrolling new members because consumers were taking a "wait-and-see" approach to this new brand. Our challenge was to create an integrated campaign introducing a new Medicare Advantage brand while achieving aggressive enrollment goals.

DEMONSTRATING A UNIQUE COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY

CareOregon, a leading non-profit, needed to connect Medicaid members with the services they provide and demonstrate the organization's unique approach to healthcare in the community. Timing was also important here - CareOregon needed to be top of mind at the precise moment enrollees were presented their options.

Developing a New Story to Bring a Brand to Life

Through our "Health Is Beautiful" campaign for SelectHealth, we emphasized how health can be much more than just a positive check-up at the doctor. We turned the focus away from the company and toward its members, and helped capture the aspirational direction SelectHealth takes toward providing exceptional service.

Combining primary data and enhanced third-party data, prospect audiences were identified using member profiles and predictive response models, permitting MERGE to more effectively identify and target those most likely to respond.
